  • Service Period – 1948 to 1983 (35 years) Lecturer at Art Dept. Govt. Polytechnic, Nagpur; Founder Dean of Govt. School of Arts, Aurangabad; Professor and Dean, Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Arts, Bombay, Prof and Dean, Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur.

 

Awards :

  • 1978 : Merit Award for Hoarding Design at Maharashtra State Art Exhibition
  • 1961 : First Prize and Tamrapat for Poster Design at 6th Maharashtra State Art Exhibition
  • 1957 - 1958 : Prizes at All India Slogan Writing Contests
  • 1945 - 1946 : Scholarship and Prizes for Poster Design at All India Art in Industry Exhibition

  • 1982 : Member of the Jury, FILMFARE Awards for the Marathi Feature Films
  • 1980-82 : Member of Film Advisory Board of Central Film Sensor Board, Bombay
