On 10th - 16th March 2008

On the occassion on World Women's Day, Indiaart had organised "Live Painting and Sculpture Show" Where in women artists and sculptors had created colourful paintings and beautiful sculptures.

The inauguration of this event was done by hands of Social worker Sister Karuna Mary Braganza. Artists Anuradha Thakur, Debjani Datta, Ananya Banerjee, Deepa Vedpathak, Arpita Kolhatkar, Manjiri Apte, Amruta Kulkarni, Sheetal Nanaware, Vaibhavi Kasekar, Yogini Deshmukh, Mukta Avachat and Sculptors Gauri Gandhi, Vidya Dengle, Sonali Bolar, Bharati Pitre and Madhuri Kolte were participated in Live Painting and Sculptures event at Indiaart. In live paintings Yogini had shown a relationship of mother & daughter, Vaibhavi has shown Woman having freedom, Anuradha Thakur has shown Tribal woman.

These paintings and sculptures are displayed at Indiaart Gallery in Exhibition.
