"Khotachi Wadi" is a heritage area in Girgaum, Mumbai. I remember visiting "Khotachi Wadi" first time when I was was a student of Sir. J J School of Art, Mumbai. My family lived in Girgaum those days. I was fascinated by these heritage structures and kept on visiting the place.

This particular sketch in pen & ink is of a beautiful bungalow which is surrounded by greenery. It has an external wooden staircase and a verandah. The staircase reminds me of my childhood. Enjoyed doing this sketch like so many other sketches in this area.
