Exhibition of canvas prints by Nayaswami Jyotish

Nayaswami Jyotish’s preferred medium for painting is oil colours. His paintings use imagery which has spiritual meaning. The mountains, the abode of ancient yogis, suggest aspiration and seclusion in his paintings. The ocean is a symbol of infinity, while waves denote that the ego is pulling away from infinity and merging back into it. He uses vivid colours, to bridge the gap between the material world and the astral or heavenly world of heightened senses.
