Terms and conditions for Khula Aasmaan online art contest

  • "Khula Aasmaan" (खुला आसमान), is a registered trademark which is owned by Link Indiaart.com Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Indiaart")
  • The participants of Khula Aasmaan international online art contest are expected to create their own original artwork and submit the image of the artwork to the contest. The submitted image should not be a copy of another artwork. Khula Aasmaan encourages creative expression and originality of ideas. We discourage any kind of copy. If at any stage, it is revealed that the entry submitted is a copy of an existing artwork, the copied entry will not be considered for further evaluation. If we come to know about a copied artwork at a later stage, we reserve the right to cancel any award or recognition that such an artwork may have received.
  • We sincerely request all parents to allow the children to do their artwork on their own and not assist the children in any way in creating the artworks for submitting to Khula Aasmaan international online art contest.
  • The jury of Khula Aasmaan international online art contest will take care of shortlisting and final evaluation of the artworks. The decision of the jury will be final and no queries or representations regarding the art contest result will be entertained.
  • All original shortlisted artworks will be required to be sent to Indiaart by the respective participant after receiving intimation of being shortlisted. These artworks will be retained by Indiaart and will become the property of Indiaart. Indiaart will use these artworks for the purpose of exhibitions, promotions, training, research, merchandising and for any other purpose as may be required from time to time. No payment will be made for any shortlisted artwork that is sent to Indiaart. Indiaart will promote all shortlisted artworks on its social media pages and also create and manage a dedicated web page for each shortlisted participant who sends the original artwork.
  • Indiaart will create a dedicated web page for each shortlisted artist and this web page will be managed for a period of 3 years.
  • Shortlisted artworks will be promoted and put out for sale on Indiaart. Indiaart will inform the details of this arrangement to all the shortlisted artists. Artworks received from other countries other than India will not be put out for sale.
  • Each shortlisted participant will be expected to send an audio recording in his/her own voice describing the artwork. We are looking for original thoughts by the creator in this audio and not a text written by somebody else.
  • Every participant to the art contest will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation. The digital copy of this certificate can be downloaded from our website.
  • The medals will be sent to the participant's address by courier. Participants are requested to fill in their full postal address (with landmark, if any) while participating in the contest.
  • The medals will not be sent to the participants who are not from India. Certificates with mention of a medal will be sent to these participants who are not from India.
  • Digital Certificates for Shortlisted, Honorable Mentions and Medal Winners will be sent by mail.
  • Participants should write their full and correct name in the contest form, as this name will appear in all certificates.
