Information My artwork signifies one of the major issues of our country that prevails shamelessly even after a number of laws have been made against it. This particular problem snatches away all the rights of a child to live a happy and innocent childhood. Yes, it is 'Child Labour'. As shown in the artwork, some children have to go to the factory to work, some have to serve their master as a servant, whereas, some have to work as a sweeper. Children are the future of our country. We all should take a pledge to raise our voices and take each and every possible measures to stop this at our levels.

This painting by young artist Aastha Kaushik (17 years) received a Honorable Mention in Khula Aasmaan art competitionfor college students for January to March 2021.
