The Transcendent Beauty, painting by Nehal Gadia

The Transcendent Beauty

Honorable mention in Khula Aasmaan art competition for college students

Shortlisted Honorable Mention

The whole artwork is based on the concept of "Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder" and its our perception of viewing and seeing the world around us which changes the way we interpret it. My idea of showing a housefly as colorful, was to show that even insects whom we fear at time can be beautiful and that's how we can make our world colorful and vibrant, because perception matters.
