Art has allowed me to stay calm and creative even under great stress. Covid has stifled our lives over the past year. Sometimes, when I feel depressed or broken down, I take up my tablet and draw into the computer. The colors make me feel alive, and I use many vivid colors. I sketch while I feel down, maybe for hours, until I feel good enough to get back to everyday life.

The title of my work is "undefeated." I drew a woman who is free from all constraints and who has her head held up high, and who looks forward to a better future.
