Remarks

Poverty occurs when people do not have access to basic necessities such as food, water, clothing, and shelter. India has a higher poverty rate. A greater proportion of the population lives in unhealthy and unsanitary conditions, they sleep on the sides of the road, wear filthy clothes, drink contaminated water, and cannot afford even two meals a day. Thus drawing portrays the hunger and thirst of the children yet they have the unending smile on their face.
