This painting by child artist Aditi Kathuria was shortlisted in Khula Aasmaan kids art competition for April to June 2019.
I chose the subject of drawing as "cute couple" because I saw the christian wedding on T.V and I liked it a lot. I thought to make it on paper with colours. It was so fun to draw and colour. The medium I used was oil pastels. The technique which I used was shading , blending, using two or more colours. I chose blue colours different shades of light and dark,green, yellow, red, pink, purple, maroon, grey, orange and brown. [Bride & bride groom are ready for marriage. They are beautifully dressed and the Bride is wearing a tall gown which is floral. The bridegroom is holding her.]
