Although an IT professional by training, Sonal Poghat worked for a brief period before deciding to listen to her inner calling and become a full time artist. Her paintings reflect her spiritual journey and discoveries. They reflect her mind and its consciousness.
Sonal believes that her art combines the real and the surreal. She paints what is unseen by the normal vision but is visited in dreams and in another state of consciousness. For Sonal, paintings is a means to discover the meaning of life and the experiences associated with it.
