My childhood memory, painting by Nishtha Sharma

My childhood memory

Shortlisted in Khula Aasmaan art competition for children

Shortlisted

A child's creativity and imagination extend to infinity. I remember myself painting, as a child. There is an exquisite feeling everyone had, as a child that art promises more excitement and adventure, and that nothing else could ever thwart our joy for it. It's one of the reasons why I love art. Art is a tool, using which we trust our creativity, express ourselves and educate others. Everything we imagine is real- when expressed through art.

This painting by child artist Nishtha Sharma (14 years) received a Shortlist in Khula Aasmaan national art competition for children for April to June 2020.
