An exhibition of vitreous enamels with mix media by Kana Lomror at Mumbai from 19th Sept to 1st October 2011. The theme of the show is based on 'The Buddha'. The pigments that he uses depict more depth and almost pierce through into the inner surface.In some works, one also notices subtle symbolism at play.

Graceful Silence
Exhibition of recent works by Lalu Prasad Shaw at Mumbai from 23rd September 2011. Born in 1937 in Bengal, Lalu Prasad Shaw has completed his education in fine arts at the Government College of Arts and Crafts in Kolkata. He is Known widely for his highly stylized portraits of Bengali women and couples and his subject's physical characteristics. Capturing the expressions of his subjects perfectly with the greatest economy of line and colour each of Shaw's paintings has an intimate feel to it.

Nigaar - Shades of Imagination
Nigaar - Shades of Imagination, is Pradnyas latest collection of Paintings on Kathak. Her deft brush strokes captures various moods and lyrical beauty of Rhythm and tempo that is Kathak. Pradnya has achieved graduation with a Bachelor in Fine Art ( Graphic Art ) degree with first class in 1995. She got involved with a group of local artists and participated in several protest art exhibitions during 2004 to 2009.

Suman Gille
Born in 1979, Suman is a young, talented artist graduated from Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya, Latur. She works in Acrylic on canvas. She has worked on several series which includes Moods, Faces, Brahmin, Batu, Shiva and now Buddha. she has done several group exhibitions and is a winner of awards for Best Landscape and Best Illustrator. Her works are in collection with individual in India and Abroad.
 
Sunil Chawdikar
Born in 1975. He has achieved M.F.A. (Painting) from Hyderabad & B.F.A. (Painting) from Goa. He has done eight group shows and participated in several public exhibitions in India. He is a winner of several awards which includes scholarship from Kala Academy, Panjim-Goa and A. I. F. A. C. S award. His works were auctioned in Grand Hyatt-Hongkong and at Taj West End, Bangalore in 2011. Artist believes that the animal like qualities & instinct is present in each one of us may be less or more. We try to hide this animal instinct acting superficially because of fear of the society. But somehow or other this instinct gets reflected due to our unfulfilled desire, wants & deeds.
