Series of Abstract paintings by Vasant Sonavani
Finest and beautiful roller painting is equivalent to Prof. Vasant Sonavani is the set equation for many years and once again we can experience this in his present show. Apart from this, every time he comes up with an exhibition, the viewer is surprised by his creative genius. In the early years of struggle, an artist tries many things. He goes on searching for his own style and then ends his search after discovering it. But for Sonavani there is no stopping, his discovery of new experiences, subjects, new style and forms is still on! |

Artists |
Murali Nagapuzha
Murali Nagapuzha demonstrates masterful purpose in his manipulation of the scale of subjects within his various compositions. His purpose seems to reveal the distilled essence of nature as an unordered, hyper-realistic bounty of his home state. He revels in the unruly and would rather prefer that the trees and plants that he so fondly picturises in his paintings organise themselves under the creative eye of the viewer, much like nature itself.

Vasudeo Kamath
Vasudeo Kamath, born at Karkala, a small town in Karnataka, is brought up in Mumbai. Right from his early childhood, his inclination for drawing became
apparent to the people around him. Scribbling began much before he could write ABCD. He used to draw the lines horizontals, verticals to represent trains
running on tracks on the walls and floors of the house with a piece of chalk or crayon. These left hand doodlings were the first expressions of the artist within
him.
