Childhood Lessons - Exhibition of Paintings by Manojkumar Sakale

Manojkumar Sakale is one such artist who acknowledges this reality through his paintings. His responses to the childhood feelings, experiences, reactions and dreams are re-presented as an observer, without falling prey to the nostalgia. His paintings converse with viewers at various levels with multiple connotations. The paintings are masterly rendered in his unique style with drawing as an integral part of the painting. The skil of drawing fast, being lost in contemporary Art scenario is kep beautifully alive with his luring lines. His mastery of representations of kids in different moods, in different actions with different expressions are not mere represenations but at subtle level, are STATEMENTS of life with all its joy, sorrwo, frustration, problems and a kind of playfulness inevitable of that period. simplicity and directness enhances the artistique (the quality of Art combined with mastery in techniques) and in no way bargains with the intention of the Artist, to be precise, to be direct and to engross the viewer even after leaving the exhibition.

A Journey of Expression - Exhibition of Paintings by Anuradha Thakur

Anuradha Thakur G.D. Art (fine Art) & ATD from Pune 1982. Topped in the Art Teacher's diploma in the State in 1984. She has exhibited her paintings at Pune, Nasik, Ahmednagar & Nagpur. She has created series of paintings on tribal series titled "Autumns Harmony", Celebration, Music of Life and now A Journey of Expression. These tribal's are devoid of any superficial urban luxuries yet they are contempt, peaceful and in harmony with themselves and Nature. These are highlighted in her use of simple lines in the paintings. She express joy and happieness of their life by creating very colourful paintings.

Blissful Fragrance - Exhibition of Paintings by Vasudeo Kamath

Born in Karnataka in 1956. Awarded G.D. Art with First class first with distinction from J.J. School of Art, Mumbai. He has received many awards to his credit "Gold Medal" in Annual exhibition of J. J. School of Art, "Gold Medal" from Bombay Art Society, Award from Art Society of India, Bombay Art Society, V.V.Oak Smriti and many more from several organizations. He has got certificate award from International artist magazine in 2005 & 2006, Salon International Ribbon Award 2006, and a "Draper Grand Prize" from Portrait Society of America in 2006 in International Portrait competition. He had done several solo and group exhibitions and his paintings are in collection of Air India, Mumbai , Ceat Ltd., Mumbai , L.I.C. of India, Mumbai , Dr. T.M.A. Pai Smriti Bhavan, Manipal , Tata Services Ltd., Mumbai and many more individuals and Corporate.

Born in 1975. He has achieved Diploma in Drawing & Painting (A.M.G.D.) from Belgaum,Karnataka. He is a winner of several Awards which includes Three Annual Exhibition Awards, Mysore Dasara Award and Lalit Kala Academy. He has done 15 Solo exhibitions and participated in several group exhibitions. He has also worked as background artist in 2D and 3D animation field.

Born in 1973. He has done five solo shows and participated in several Group shows. He is a winner of "Kalashree" award from Lalit Kala Academy. He works in Acrylic on canvas. He uses vibrant but cool colours in his paintings. This exhibition on the theme Krishna, Love and Relationship.
