Ordering and Buying

- We ship worldwide using reputed couriers such as FedEx, DHL for international deliveries and companies such as GATI, ARAMEX , Blue Dart, DTDC for deliveries within India.
- We take great care for packing all consignments. The paintings are usually shipped in a rolled format. If the customer wants us to ship the paintings in framed condition, the same can be organised. The artwork is packed in a secure manner using materials such as rubber foam, bubble sheets and sent in a wooden or aluminium container which is duly sealed. The box making and shipping will be extra as per the size of the consignment.
- All images displayed are based on the images provided by the artists.
- The order will be processed subject to availability of the painting / sculpture / ordered.
- The price mentioned on the website is the price of the painting / sculpture / Prints only and does not include taxes as may be applicable and packing and shipping charges.
- The prices for the paintings do not include framing. If framed painting is required, framing charges will be extra.
- The quotation for packing and shipping charges will be provided once we know the destination address and the type of packing required.
- All payments are to be made in favour of "Link Indiaart . com Pvt. Ltd." by way of cheque / demand draft payable at Pune. Alternately the payment can also be made directly into our account in the name of Link Indiaart . com Pvt Ltd., with ICICI Bank Ltd, Account no.003905001505 at Ghole Road, Shivajinagar Branch, Pune for the orders within India. For orders from outside India please make the payment thru wire transfer of which details are given below -

- We will ask you to send the payment to us only after we confirm the availability of the painting / sculpture being ordered. The consignment is usually shipped within a week of we getting the payment credit into our account.
- It is our policy to issue a Certificate of Authenticity for each work of art (does not include prints / photographs / Digital artwork) that gets shipped. The Certificate of Authenticity is sent separately along with a document which gives information about the artist / sculptor.
