Sandeep Yadav
Born in 1977. He has completed A.T.D. from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya and G.D Commercial- Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalya. 2003. G.D. Painting- Kalasagar Kala Mahavidyalaya, Pune, He has won several prices inclues 1st Prize in Potrait Compitition 2007.
1st Prize in Still life Compitition 2001. D.S.Khatawkar Gaurav Purskar. He has participated group
exhibitions in Y.C. Kaladalan, Indiaart Gallery and Balgandharv Kaladalan. As a special
achievement he has completed Demostration of 25 Watercolour landscapes in only 7hrs.
Amol Pawar
Born in 1983. He has completed ATD in 2004. Works mainly in watercolour and he has participated in many group exhibitions in India.
Ramesh Jhawar
Born in 1978. The artist, originally from Rajasthan is settled in Tamilnadu. Though not formally educated in art, he is a naturally gifted painter. A self-taught artist, he paints with ease in various mediums, figures and landscapes being his favourite subjects. His paintings are in private collections in many places in India. He has participated many exhibitions in India.
Ananta Mandal
Born in 1983. He has completed his studies ‘B.V.A’ (1st class) from Govt. College of Art & Craft, Calcutta University (Kolkata) in 2007. He has exhibited his works in innumerous group shows and solo exhibitions and at the same time he was invited as an artist in different parts of India and abroad. Most of his paintings are watercolor, acrylic and oil color based. Ananta has delineated various facts of rain – soaked city as well as seascape. The fluid moments are brilliantly captured by the artist. He has shown with considerable skill, how in the presence of rain, human activities acquire a very especial beauty. His water colors are bright and sensuous but their atmosphere evokes a strange mysteriousness. His watery stroke comes from many things: the hustle and bustle of modern city life, lush forest, tropical beaches and the many moods of nature.
Mukta Avachat
Born in 1985. Has done G.D. Art in first class and done M.A. Painting. She had done several group shows and participated in Portrait demonstration. A winner of several awards which includes Art Society of India, Bombay Art Society. She works in Oil, Pastels and Watercolour medium. Emerging & Promising artist.
Niranjan Mhamane
Born in 1982. Has done GD Art. Niranjan’s career graph as a young artist has been fantastic. He is recipient of many state level and national awards in painting. He was selected for the prestigious Camlin Art Foundation’s Euro Art Tour scholarship, through which he visited the museums and art galleries in Paris, Rome, Vatican and Florence. Niranjan’s works impressively showcase the alluring blend of traditional quality of drawing and two dimensional quality of the composition, the important thought from the modern art. He also emphasizes on creating mood and atmosphere in the painting. Niranjan has won an international award in the drawing, two of his drawings are featured in the book called ‘Strokes of Genius: the Best of Drawing’, published by North Light Books, USA. Niranjan enjoys working with all the mediums including charcoals, pastels, water colour, acrylics and oils.
Artist’s Statement: “I consider painting as a very powerful medium to express what I experience
in nature. I found my subjects everywhere, the hustle & bustle of a city and serenity & tranquil
calmness of countryside, the innocence of a child and the poetic gesture of a model posing. But
most importantly I think that my paintings should also communicate with their viewers. I think that
expression and communication are two important facets of my creative work.”
Arup Lodh

Aditya Shirke
Born in 1984. Has done GD Art with distinction and was 4th in state merit. He is only the second Indian to admitted to the M.A.Drawing course at the Camberwell College of Arts , London. He is recipient of many state level and national awards in painting. He has done several group and solo shows.
Artist Statement - Painting is essentially about being honest. I paint everything that moves me without the barrier of a particular style or “ism”. Composition for me, is of paramount importance regardless of the subject matter. I compare it with musical compositions wherein all the elements of my painting work cohesively to create a symphony. My basic aim in art and in life is to infuse traditional values with modern contemporary sensibilities.
Bikash Poddar
Born in 1973 in Kolkata. He has completed 5 year Diploma from Govt. College of Art & Craft , Kolkata 1998 (Gold Medalist). He has done 18 solo shows and participated in several group shows. He works in abstract and landscapes and medium uses acrylic and watercolour.
Kudal Hiremath
Born in 1980 in Belgaum. He has completed in GD art in First class from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya in 2006. He has done several group exhibitions and one solo exhibition. Works in Portrait, Landscape, Illustrations, Calligraphy . His paintings were selected for Bombay Art Society, Camel Art Foundation and has got best portrait award from Chitari Academy.
Anand Bekwad
Born in 1975, Belgaum. He has completed diploma in Drawing & Painting from Belgaum. He has been awarded by Lalit Kala Academy, Fine Art Institute Belgaum for his still life, portrait and landscape works. He has participated in several group shows camps and has done 11 solo shows till date. He works in acrylic on canvas and watercolor on paper. He does landscapes which gives Aerial view.
Ravindra Torawane
Born in 1973 in Aurangabad. He has completed his MFA in First class and Dip. A.ed in first class first and has got fellowship by Govt School fo Art, Aurangabad in 1995. He has been awarded Gold medal during University Youth Festival and National Youth Festival silver medal in 1994. He has participated in several camps, exhibitions and demonstration till date. He works in watercolour medium and landscapes will be on display in this exhibition.
