Born in 1978, Mahua is an interior designer by profession. She works on themes such as Landscapes, Still Life, birds and animals.

In her landscapes she has captured nature in subjects such as gardens, lakes, village houses, fields, rivers, deserts and many more..

Her preferred medium is watercolour on paper. She has also handled subjects such as still life depicting vases and flowers. In her works relating to animals and birds, she has depicted the fight between bulls and an eagle as a predator.
