Objective of the course :

1. To know how cartoons are drawn.
2. How different subjects are selected.
3. Study of subjets to draw particular subjactwise cartoons.
4. How to develop characters and how to make them appealing and educative.

Sessions :

1. Every member is given Xerox charts of different forms.
2. Faculty explains how cartoon drawing is developed.
3. Faculty shows how different forms are developed by actually drawing on paper with black chisel marker.
4. Cartoons are mostly drawn in black & white, because it gives clarity in reproduction. To begin with basic forms are taught & developed into characters. Some forms are repeated so as to have perfection in characters. Subsequently cartoons are drawn on Themes & Ideas.
