Khula Aasmaan – a platform for creative expression

We encourage creative expression by children and young adults. We conducts art competition, drawing competition, painting competition for children and young adults. This art contest is online, available 24 x 7 and is free. To participate in this painting contest as well as drawing contest, one has to submit images online. The submission can be in the form of drawing, sketch, cartoon, doodle, painting and other such art forms. There are two age groups for this unique art competition – 5 to 15 years for children and 16 to 25 years for college students. Khula Aasmaan has caught the imagination of children, parents and teachers. The contest art contest receives entries from children and college students from more than 500 locations spread across India and beyond.

Judging, shortlisting, medal winners and honorable mentions

Every quarter, a shortlist is prepared from among all the entries received from all over India and beyond. The shortlisted children and college students are then asked to send the original artworks to Khula Aasmaan. These shortlisted artworks undergo another round of judging to decide medal winners and honorable mentions. It is Khula Aasmaan’s endeavour to present the medal winning, honorable mention and shortlisted artworks by way of art exhibitions as and when any opportunity arises.
