Exhibition of Paintings by Emerging Artists
Indiaart and Art India Foundation have organised Art fest 10 which aims at making an active statement for the environment and raise the consciousness of the society through an art initiative. Artfest 10 opened on Sunday 30th May with a Cycle Ride to Empress Garden where more than 50 artists painted live, each one making their own statement on preservation of environment and a hope for a greener tomorrow. All these paintings were displayed at a special show on 5th & 6th June at Empress garden, Pune
Now Indiaart presents Artfest 10 showcasing paintings created by 55 emerging artists at Balgandharva Kaladalan on 10th, 11th & 12th June from 10 am to 8 pm.
Emerging artists includes Doctors, Engineers, Software Professionals, Art college students and many more from working in other fields. Paintings subjects are landscapes, figurative, seascapes, abstracts, nature, mythological, batik, Mola Art etc.. and mediums used are oil, acrylic, watercolour, mixed media on paper, canvas and Cloth.
